Outlook 2003 send and receive time outs.

I have been experiencing an incredible amount of errors. They are realted to
time out of the communications between the servers. i have increased the
time out duration and the problem still exists. I can close Outlook and
restart it and the problem goes away for about one-half hour and the returns.
 
Unless you are receiving an error message from BCM, you should try
microsoft.public.outlook.
