Outlook 2003 Security

This may not be the proper venue for this question, but here goes.

I just bought 40 PCs with Office 2003 and Outlook has this long list of level 1 file extensions for attachments that it won't open unless you demote them to level 2 via the registry. Even after doing this, You can't really open an atachment directly, you have to save it to disk.

Does anyone know how to completely bypass all that to be able to open attachments as Outlook 2k would do. A lot of the info we have for internal use in our company is set up as links and attachments in Public Folders. 2003 prevents us from accessing that info in a reasonable way.

Thanks Mike, buy you misunderstand me. Te article you point to describes adding extensions. I want to remove them. I am aware of the registry modification to remove (or actually demote to level 2) extensions. I want to be able to open attachments from within Outlook.
