outlook 2003 scheduling problem

In my outlook 2003 my calander will do everthing fine
except show me the other peoples calander that i am
trying to schedule a meeting with. Please help.

How are you trying to view them? Peer-to-peer network? Exchange server?

Randy,
Have you tried working with the permissions?
If you go to Tools-Options, On the Preferences tab select
calendar options. From here click on Resource Scheduling
and click on "Set Permissions". Then go to the
Permissions tab and select the "Folder Visible" check
box. You will need to do this with each account. Then
you should be able to see everyones calendar.
