Is there a method, either directly or with the macro language to make rules
based on the actual HTML code rather than on the rendered HTML message body.

I want to right something that catches some SPAM messages that are random
text and images.

AFAIK, no, there isn't.

OK thanks for the input. I have not been able to find anything either.

Hello Dave,

Although it apparently is not possible to create a rule that would catch
junk email consisting of random
text and images, I would like to recommend keeping Outlook's built-in junk
email filter updated.

New rule sets are released every second or so month; they seem to do a
reasonably good job of keeping junk mail out.

Yes that is an excellent idea. I have foudn this useful but it doesn't catch
those pesky financial stock and viagra emails that come out of the Far East.
