Outlook 2003 received blank message

POP3 Mode
Windows XP

We received user report suddently receive 10 more blank email message. This
message all of noting, before this user only create new PST and change the
email delivery location to received message, no more special change. I have
checked this message option only show as this

Start Outlook in safe mode (hold Ctrl while starting it) and check what
add-ins you have. If you have an antivirus scanner integrated with Outlook,
uninstall the AV program and reinstall it without the mail scanning feature.
 
i have been config our antivirus disable sacn in an scan out message .Also i
used scanpst.exe repair the pst , but still have a problem.

I don't see where you've said you tried safe mode as I suggested.
