Just upgraded to 2003 from 2002 and have a few questions.
To launch the newsgroup reader in 2002 I went to my 'go' menu then news.
In 2003 I tried to add the news option to the 'go' menu from the customize
toolbars option. I dragged it and let go on the menu but it didn't take,
and now it's not in the options list anymore. It has disappeared into the
Outlook ether somewhere
I've looked through all the menus to see if I dropped it somewhere else
by mistake, but it isn't there. And it is not in any list of commands that
can be added from the customization dialog. Help?
Also, Can Outlook 2003 be made to look like Outlook 2002? Just want my
old folder list and preview pane back! I did get the folder list up, but
how do I get rid of the dumb "data file management" and "Folder sizes" box
below it, and the gray floater that holds the shortcuts?
I would appreciate not receiving replies that say 'just get used to it'
or 'you shouldn't have upgraded'
Thanks!
