Outlook 2003, put the preview window back on the bottom, at least.

Outlook 2003, put the preview window back on the bottom, at least let me have
the choice to put it there if I want.

I have always liked Outlook, it was simple for me to see my new emails and
read the current ones in the preview window. Now Outlook 2003 has the preview
window at the right, this doesn't work for me, I would rather see it at the
bottom of the screen. Yet I dont' have the option of putting it there. Why is
that when the programming involved to do so is so easy??

You do have the choice: select View -> Reading Pane -> Right/Bottom/Off.
