Outlook 2003 pulls duplicate messages from server everytime resta.

HELP! Everytime I restart my computer, Outlook 2003 pulls every message from
the server, leaving me with 10-20 copies of each message. I have Outlook set
to leave the message on the server for 5 days. Outlook 2000, on a different
computer does not do this. ISP says it is software issue. Dell says talk to
Microsoft, Microsoft says talk to Dell, or pay.

This is so not right!

Have alook at how many accounts you have in outlook and see if you have a
pop account and a exchange account.I have had that where a person has a POP
account aswell as a exchange account.
