As I understand it a .pst file created with Office 2003
beta is not backward compatible with Office XP.
However is it possible to create a .pst file using the
2003 .pst that is compatible with Office XP. A "new" file
in effect that will allow the data in the 2003 .pst to be
imported into Office XP
Thank you for your help.

Yes, when you create a new PST select the Outlook 97-2002 compatible format.

How to I make sure that all my contacts calender inbox
itemsetc are included?
I can save the file but it seems to only include my
deleted items. Whe i delete a contact to try & import
from the 97-202 file to see if it works it wont import.
Thanks for your help.
