Outlook 2003 Profiles: receiving duplicate mail

We 've set up Outlook for a user to have 3 profiles. The only difference between them is the outgoing mail server, for travelling purposes. All profiles use the same .pst. The email accounts in all profiles need to have the "Leave a copy of messages on the server" option enabled. The problem is, when he receives emails at one profile, he receives the same on the other two. I though that when using the same .pst it shouldn't do that. Is there another way or option to fix this. Thanks a lot!

This is caused by the Leave message on sever option. The messages will be
downloaded again because you use a different profile. If you uncheck the
option the message will (and can) only be downloaded once.

You see, the problem is there! We need to leave messages on server cause many people are receiving mails from the same accounts. Is there a way for someone to have 3 profiles, the same mail account, leave messages on server checked and avoid receiving the same emails on every profile? Thanks.

You can't do that with different profiles and a POP3 account. IMAP will be
the solution for you.
