We have not fuly deployed Outlook 2003 to all users yet. Everyone else is
running on Outlook 2000. We are using roaming profiles and everyone moves
around a lot.
If a new user logs on to Outlook 2003 first, the 2003 profile is not
recongnized by a Outlook 2000 pc. If an existing user with a 2000 profile
logs on to an Outlook 2003 PC, a new profile is created as the default
profile, and the old one remains. When they return to a 2000 machine, the
newer default 2003 profile will not work.
I am using the custom installation wizzard to create a netwrok install point.
Is there a way to make the 2003 profile compatible with Outlook 2000
