This is a new problem since installing Outlook 2003

The user can pull up an e-mail & print it. He gets the heading information on the printout (To: From: Subject:, etc

After typing in the REPLY information (but before it is sent), he prints it again, but this time
NO heading information is printed

Then, he sends the REPLY e-mail, and prints it from the SENT ITEMS folder. The heading information RE-appears

Whatzup? Is this a Microsoft bug?

Did this problem ever get fixed? Can you now print the e-mail after typing in the REPLY information, but before sending it, and have the heading information print?

Not if you're using WordMail as your editor.
