Outlook 2003 Popping-up Everywhere

After using Outlook 2003 for about a week with no major problems, it
suddenly started opening-up on launch on seemingly random places on the
screen. One time, it might open in the upper left corner, the next time,
the lower right corner - And other times, partially off-screen!?

I always run its window pretty much centered on the screen, and that's
always where it is when I close it. I've even tried [Ctrl]-[x] (close
window button) to shut it down, and it's still a crap shoot as to where it
will open next.

Any idea why this would suddenly just start happening (no changes to the
system & no new software).

I noticed the same behaviour, but only if I have outlook running when
I run another application that changes screen resolution .... even if
the screen resolution is reset back to normal before I open outlook
again.

I don't have any programs that change the screen resolution. In fact,
there's nothing on this particular machine but a virgin install of XP/Pro,
and Office 2003 Pro.
