I know It's been driving me crazy. I quit the program but outlook is still in the task bar or worse I restart Outlook and it won't really work unless I restart my system.
They're working on it I guess.

Seems that since i installed it while at my office it has to see that particular network in order to work correctly. Here i am at home and Outlook is not only crashing it is taking all my resources. The mistake was probably trying the new business contact manager. I've also learned that un-installs / re-install 2000 or XP are failing because 2003 leaves some dlls misconfigured. Dang!
