OUTLOOK 2003 - NO GO

When I send an e-mail it is posted in the SENT folder. But it is not sent. If
I copy the e-mail into the OUTBOX and Send/Receive it remains unsent. It
seems that this doesn't always happen with e-mail to singlee addresses but
almost always happens with e-mail to small or large groups. I am using
OUTLOOK 2003 Small Business Edition.

What kind of mail account is it? Exchange? POP? IMAP?

All accounts I use are POP3 and this is only a recent issue. I have made no
changes in the system that I am aware of. Mahalo / Thanks. Appreciate any
advice you may have.

Do you have antivirus scanning the outbound mail? Have you contacted the
administrator of your mail server?
