Some of my contacts are missing from my address book. When I view my contacts in Phone List view, the icon appears different for the 'contacts missing' from my address book. I have tried the various fixes but nothing seems to work. This means I can't use mail merge as some of my contacts are 'missing'. Advice appreciated.
