Problem: I click on Send/Receive and I can see that my new messages are being downloaded. However once completed, I have no new messages in my inbox, or anywhere. They are not added to the .PST file.
Environment: Problem occurs on computer "A" with Office 2003 accessing a .PST file on another computer / server "C". Another computer "B", with Outlook 2002 can also access the same .PST file on "C" (of course not at the same time).
History: Accessing the .PST file from many other computers has never been a problem with Outlook 2002. It has been working fine since the clean installation of MSO 2003 about two weeks ago, until sometime on November 13 or 14 when I have stopped receiving any new messages.
Troubleshooting: I can receive my downloaded messages if I retrieve them from computer "B". I can then see those messages on computer "A". I can NOT receive my downloaded messages if I retrieve them from computer "A" and I can NOT see those messages on computer "B". They appear to be discarded / deleted.
I am a small business owner and I am not using Exchange. I could really use some help with this ASAP because it looks like it is actually deleting all of my incoming mail, and that I will not be able to recover any of it.
