Every time I boot my laptop Windows Defender reports that Microsoft Office
Outlook 2003.lnk is NOT SIGNED. If I select "Deny" permisssion, then Outlook
fails to load on start up. So far I've selected "Permit" with no apparaent
ill effects. Can this proram really have "potentially unwanted behavior"?
Why does Defender report on boot up even after I have applied "Permit". Can
i prevent it from continuously reporting this issue?
I'm running XP Pro, SP2, with all updates installed.
