I am wanting to change the Label listing, would like to rename those
catagories that come with outlook to different names of my own, such as I can
do with categories. Any suggestions?

When creating a new appointment, there is a drop down that has different
labels to use, I wish to change the titles in that drop down to a more user
friendly application for myself,,, any suggestions on this?

Yes, you can. I don't have outlook 2003 in front of me (I'm actually in the
car... don't worry hubby is driving) so I can’t get you the exact steps but
there is an edit option on the label menu on the toolbar. Browse and you
should see it....

You must really be deadicated,,, riding about in an auto, and still answering
questions from rookies,,,

Anyway thank you for the information. Yes I found it. Edit, Labels>, fly-out
appears, at bottom of that is edit labels.

Again thank you for your time, and tell him thank you for me for allowing me
to use your brain.

nah... more like I prefer to be distracted - it beats screaming and slamming
on the imaginary brakes. <g>

ok,, another distraction,,,
Is there a way to have two (2) different labels, colors for the the same item?

Not in Outlook 2003. You can use multiple categories though.

Outlook 2007 uses color categories, so it can have multiple colors on an
item.
