Outlook 2003 issues

The CEO of our company is having an issue with his Outlook. Within his
contacts, the contact header, there is no "background". What I mean is
there is normally a blue or grey background just behind the contact name.
What I need to know is how to change the "background".

Try resetting the view for the contacts folder. See if that helps...
