Outlook 2003 interface within Internet Explorer

I have an issue where Outlook 2003 is the main email application however when attempting to email a link or select an email option Outlook Express 6 appears instead of Outlook 2003

These are the steps I have complete
1) Ensure Outlook 2003 is the primary email applicatio
2) Re-installed Outlook 200
3) Re-install Service Pack 1 for Windows X
4) Re-install Internet Explorer 6 on the machin

This problem still exist, are there any registery entries in which I can select and change to get this working.

Go to Start | Run and type
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /unreg
