1. There is a check mark in one of the options dialogs to "read all mail as
plain text" but for the life of me, I forget where it is in Outlook 2003.

| What I thought was the setup for receiving HTML was for outgoing
| email. I don't know where to setup to recieve email as HTML not plain
| text.

| Yes

| No we are using Symantec Corporate AV.
