Hallo,
Is there a limit on the number of categories or on the length of a category
in displayed text---for Outlook 2003?
Now I wanna create a new form in Outlook 2003 to show the 67 category items,
but unfortunately in the text of the categories only a part of them are
displayed, not wholly! It seems there is limit on the length of displayed
text.Beware! Not in the "Master Categorie List", "Item belongs to....", but
in the text field followed. And I was told that only 25 items can be max
displayed. Is that true?
This time I must show all of them, so how could I solve the problem?
Thanks and regards.

I don't have Outlook 2003, but in Outlook XP, the space allowed for the
Categories
field is 255 characters long.
You could change the length of the field in the advanced properties
You have then to save and publish the newly created outlook form

I have a question related to that... what is the maximum length allowed?

The problem hasn't been solved. It remains that according to category list
only 255 characters can be displayed in the text field.
