I upgraded to Outlook 2003 from Outlook XP, and in Outlook XP, Contacts,
General Tab, I normally kept notes in the full width field at the bottom of
that page, and I did that because I could copy pages back and forth between
MSWord, and Outlook, for example, my car milage report. Now in Outlook 2003,
that field has been downsized, and moved over to the right side of the page,
scrunching all my text.
I know that I can create a personal form, and add new contacts, and have
them appear in the new format, but using the new form does not reformat my
existing contacts, and that would mean that I would have to reenter all my
existing contacts, and I have hundreds of them.
Is there any way to change the format of the current contacts without
re-entering them?
