One use has the default calendar 2003 and the 2nd user does not have default
outlook 2003 calendar
Thanks
Obe

Are the users sharing the same PST file? Are they using the same login on
the computer?

Either one can log in and no password is required as this computer is in a
secure room. We are both using the same Outlook 2003. I am not to sure about
the PST file.

Thanks

if you are sharing the same profile with 2 accounts, you will only have 1
calendar. If you need to close outlook and open it with a different profile
so the other person can read their mail, they should have their own
calendar.

default
outlook 2003 calendar

Is the second user employing the Mail view of the Navigation Pane? That
won't show any folders but mail folders. Have him or her try the Calendar
or Folder List view.

Ilet me explain that we have (2 ) TWO different accounts on this computer.
Even if the other person is not logged on this computer I STILL DO NOT Have
the DEFAULT Calenedar on my OutLook 2003.
\Can you please assist.

I found the solution! I went to run and input the following

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe" /cleanviews

This reset my OutLook 2003 and now I have my calendar This came about from a
site called

http://help.wugnet.com/office/Calendar-missing-Calendars-Outlook-2003-ftopict1103729.html

Which lead me to site called OUTLOOK Tips That cleaneview the OutLook
http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/switches.htm

I must say that my son steered me to the 1st site..

Many Thanks to all

That's a suggestion that happens in this newsgroup near daily when things
