Outlook 2003 Hand Writing Recognition Keyboard

Hello,

I recently stumbled across Outlook 2003's hand writing recognition
software and hit an option that brought up an on-screen keyboard. I
want to switch back to the hand writing recognition portion but can not
find any options to do so. If anyone knows how to toggle between the
hand writing recognition software and the on-screen keyboard it is
greatly appreciated if you would post how it's done. Thank you!!
