Outlook 2003, get names in address book and put in access table

Hi,

I am new to Access. I have a table in Access that I want fill with names of
people only from the Outlook address book. I am not interested in the phone
numbers, addresses etc for each name, just interested in the name. Instead
of creating an interface between the two, is there an easy way to do this.
Maybe from Outlook I dump all the names in excel and do another dump in to
Access. I am working on Access 2003. Thanks in advance.
 
To ways I can think of
1. Export Outlook Address book from Outlook in Access format, and then
import the table cretaed to your MDB, so you can use any field in this table

2. Link Outlook Address book to Access, then create an append query to
append the names to your table, try not to update the data in this table
