Outlook 2003 (german) Duplicate Draft Mail with Shortcut STRG + Fdoesn't work with Word as Email Edi

Hello Group. My Question:
Is there a possibility to duplicate an existing draft Mail in the
Drafts Folder with the use of the mouse or per shortcut? I tried
around with shortcuts to various icons to make a new mail, but i dont
get a copy :-(.
