Outlook 2003 freeze

This behavior started after installing the MSAS product -
three or four times a week Outlook starts consuming 100%
of one of the HyperThreads (I hesitate to call it a cpu)
on my system. Also, the NVIDIA desktop manager will warn
me that there is a not-responsive application running.

Outlook also does not receive any new mail after the time
the scan runs. When I terminate Outlook (taskmanager)
then the explorer starts consuming all of one of the HTs.

The only solution is to reboot and then everything is
fine until the next morning.

Well, it is a beta and its not recommended for product use, but thanks for
the feedback. What I would do from now on is, disable AntiSpyware from the
System Tray, right click on the icon situated there and click "Shutdown
Microsoft AntiSpyware", then launch Outlook.

Also, check to your Task Manager under Processes to see how much memory
AntiSpyware is consuming when launching Outlook.
