Outlook 2003 Forms

When attempting to put a calendar item in my calendar, I get this message:
"The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator." Then when I am trying to open an calendar item already in
the calendar, I get this message: "The custome form could not be opened.
Outlook will use an Outlook form instead. The form required to view this
message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator."

Can someone tell me what is wrong?

Try clearing the forms cache:
