Outlook 2003 failed to start correctly

I have been using outlook for months, but now it says it failed to start
correctly last time. It also won't open in safe mode -- I'm locked out. I
keep getting a Business Contact manager message that it has encountered a
problem -- but don't know how to "fix" it. I'm locked out of OUTLOOK! HELP
I already tried reinstalling Business Contact Manager and it didn't change
anything.

This issue might happen if you either running BCM V1 with .Net Frame Work
2.0 or BCM V2 with .Net Frame Work 2.0 Beta.If it is the fisrt case
upgrading to BCM V2 should take care of the issue and if it is the 2nd
senario uninstalling the beta version should take care of the problem.Hope
this helps
 
Thanks for the update if you are not running BCM go to start > control panel
mail > show profile > select the profile > properties > data files >
remove BCM if present
