Hi, I have a rule in OL 2003 which pops up a customized message when mail is received through my webmaster account. This is important because I want to respond to inquiries from our website visitors immediiately. However, now I'm getting junk mail sent to that address and I my custom message pops up each time.

Is there a way to prevent this rule from activiting if it the junk mail feature built into OL tags the message as Junk? I went into the rule itself and check the "exceptions" area but didn't see anything that said "if junk mail".

Right now I have OL forwarding all junk to the "Junk E-Mail" folder.

Thank you,
Don

Not an answer I know, but it sounds like yr web email address is getting
harvested by the various bots for use in spam. You might therefore wish to
consider the various methods of disguising, making yr mail address
unavailable for harvesting.
