I have a global address book that I want to limit the list of users.
I.e. - It is a school and the list has staff and students. I want only the
staff listed. That way the staff can highlight the entire list and send an
email, but it won't go to the students.

Any suggestions on how to accomplish this? It is probably easy.

Why not create a public contacts folder containing the staff?
