How to install Outlook 2003 account (exchange) on a second machine
without epost disapear on first machine?

When you create the mail profile on the second machine, make sure the
default delivery location is the Exchange mailbox and not a PST. If you
have accidently configured the mail profile with a PST and it is set as the
default delivery location, switch it back to Exchange mailbox. At this
point you can move the items from the PST back to the Exchange mailbox.

Hi,

I accidentally did the .pst option and would like to change my settings as
you have described. Could you please post a detailed description of how to
do this in MS office outlook 2003?

Thanks!

If you have Outlook open, select Tools > Email Accounts > View/change an
existing account > at the bottom is a dropdown about deliver new items to.
Make sure it is set to Mailbox - <name>. Select Finish and then restart
Outlook.

You can also make the same change thru the mail applet in the control panel.
Steps there would be Mail Applet > Email Accounts button and then change the
dropdown.
