outlook 2003 error when hotmail inbox synchronizing hearders

I got following errors when I try to receive email from
hotmail.

Task "Hotmail: Folder: Inbox Synchronizing headers."
reported error (0x800CCCF4); "An unknown error has
ocurred, please save any existing work and restart the
program"

I use outlook 2003 with business contact manager in Xp
pro platform. It was doing well before I installed the
new office2003 updates. Any suggestion and same
expriences are appreciated.

Try removing the hotmail account and then re-adding
