I'm trying to help a user with her Outlook issues. I have re-imaged her
computer, deleted her Outlook profile, but still she is having these
intermittent issues.

2. A fatal error has occured in Outlook. The data in your envelope has been
lost, but your document is still available.

3. Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered prob & needs to close.

Which mail account type are you using?
What is logged to the Event Viewer about these issues?
When exactly are the errors occurring? What is she doing at that time?

If she is using a pst-file, scan it for errors with scanpst.exe.
If she is using an Exchange account, also check the Event Viewer on the
Exchange server.

For further analysis and solution options see;

This is an Exchange Account. All I know is this happens when she uses
Outlook, she has not noticed a pattern to when the crashes happen. I will
check the Event Viewer on her computer.

This is the error in the event viewer.

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8000.0, stamp 43599e06,
faulting module outllib.dll, version 11.0.8002.0, stamp 437304bc, debug? 0,

It looks like you are a couple of updates behind. Make sure all updates are
installed to make sure you are not troubleshooting an issue that has already
been solved by a patch.

If it still happens after updating, does the same happen when you configure
her mailbox on your machine under your user login?

I have encountered the similar problem some days before. I found a good tool called Advanced Outlook Repair. You can download a free demo version at http://www.datanumen.com/aor/aor.exe . I think it is a useful repair tool for you. It is easy to recover your PST file by using its wizard. It is a powerful tool to recover messages, folders and other objects from corrupt or damaged Microsoft Outlook PST files.

Detailed information about Advanced Outlook Repair can be found at http://www.datanumen.com/aor/
