I just purchased the full version of Office Professional Edition 2003.
I uninstalled my XP office and loaded up 2003. When I go to Outlook
2003 and I try to open an email or contact or calendar I am met with a
error "Can't open this item. Out of memory or system resources. Close
some windows or programs and try again. Outlook 2003 worked perfectly
for a couple of hours and all I get this error. Mind you it is not an
upgrade version but the full version. I have tried repairs,
uninstalling and reinstalling. I am at my wit's end. I finally have
give up and just put my XP office back on. Does anybody have any
solutions or reasons why it happened. I have plenty of memory I am
running a Pentium 4 with 2.80 processor and 512 of Ram. Any
suggestions besides throwing it out the window. Thanks in advance for
all of the help.

If you reinstall Outlook 2003 (and office as well), I would try creating a
new mail profile here: Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show Profiles->Remove the
old one, then use the Add button to re-add the same information.
