Outlook 2003 email funtioning dead

Still cannot receive or send email through Outlook 2003. With all the posts
refrring to similar problems, I'm thinking it was one of the updates that
Microsoft sent out.

Try posting a precise description of your symptoms, the exact text of any
error messages you receive. and what you've tried so far to correct the
