Outlook 2003 Duplicate calendars

I have a user who is showing 2 calendars in outlook. One in her mailbox and
one in her personal folders. One she can enter in into but she cannot share
it.
The other will not let her enter any info.
I do I get rid of one or either or both?

Which of the Calendars is in her delivery location?
