T Tommy Cason via OfficeKB.com Mar 24, 2005 #4 Check your permissions in C:\Windows\Temp - That is where the HTML renderer stages the page/email. Failing that, you can ensure that the user profile is not corrupt by renaming the existing profile to user.setting.old. That should fix you right up.
