Outlook 2003 doesn't print HTML documents

I know this problem has been posted about before, but I haven't found 1
instance where someone solved it. So, I'm posting about it again to
see if anyone can help me figure it out!

One user of my network isn't able to print "HTML" emails from Outlook
2003. He can print Plain Text emails & other documents. He does not
get any errors on his computer or on the printer, it's just that the
email does not print. Other users, including me, can print HTML emails
to the same network printer.

Now, here is something interesting:
I printed a TEXT email and a HTML email to the shared printer in
question here. The printer log shows these 2 entries:
JOB NAME: outbind://7-00000000EB93E8B1B85C (this is the HTML email)
JOB NAME: Microsoft Office Outlook - Memo

When the user printed these same 2 emails, this is what shows up in the
printer log:
JOB NAME: Microsoft Office Outlook - Memo

The second e-mail didn't even get sent to the printer... I know
"outbind" has something to do with outlook HTML documents, but I am not
sure what the problem is here.

I also tried "Pausing" the printer on the users machine and having him
print the emails. The emails didn't show up in the print queue.

It seems to be limited to his computer or outlook install. Can anyone
advise me on this issue?

Another clue to this mystery- this user is also unable to print form
Internet Explorer. I've read that IE & Outlook html emails use the
same engine to render them for printing... so it's gotta be a problem
with that. He's able to print everything else. I'll look into it more
when I have time later - any ideas in the mean time?

Problem solved!! I asked the user to uninstall IE7 to see if reverting
back to IE6 would solve the problem, since this started happening after
the IE7 update was installed.

He verified IE was showing it was version 7... But, he couldn't find
IE7 in the Add/Remove programs list at all, so he tried installing it
instead. Now IE7 shows up in the Add/Remove list & his printing
issue is resolved.

I then put it together with some other issues I saw with IE7 - It would
install & seem like it was fine, but it was running glitchy. Unable to
view some sites, but others were fine. If I tried to uninstall it, it
wasn't in the list. So, a re-install would fix the problems.

IE7 - I should have know it was the issue! Well, at least I hope this
post will maybe help someone with a similar problem :-)
