Outlook 2003 does not read body of Outlook 2000 msg files

In the past I have used Outlook 2000 and saved e-mails as msg files. I have now installed Outlook 2003. It can open a Outlook 2000 msg file and show the header but it does not show the body of the message. What do I do to fix this problem
