Outlook 2003 - Deleted folder recovery

I have a user the has an ARCHIVE.PST file which contains her backup data
folders. One of the folders has been deleted. The archive resides locally
on her C drive. I have searched outlook and the local machine and can not
find this folder. Is there a way to recover deleted folders from outlook.
Perhaps a software or utility?
