Outlook 2003 Customizing Views

I often have to change the views, esp. the fonts for differnet users. I have
no problem doing that for a folder, say the Inbox. (I right click on the gray
bar that says From, Subject, Date, etc and choose Customize Current View. If
it's fonts that I need to change, then I select Other Settings and away I
go.) What I need is to be able to change the font for all the folders in
someone Outlook configuration w/o doing this 1 folder at a time. Can anyone
help?
