Outlook 2003 crashing

Hi!

One of my user's MS Office Outlook 2003 starts crashing. She has fully
updated MS Office2003 on XP SP3 updated machine. I ran Repair Office from
ADD/Delete program. Disable all Add-Ons, and uninstall antivirus from the
computer, but still Outlook continue to crash. There is error in the Event
Log file:

Event Source: Microsoft Office 11

Event Category: None

Event ID: 1000

Date: 11/4/2009

Time: 12:26:56 PM

User: N/A

Computer: D980HB71

Description:

Faulting application Outlook.exe, version 11.0.8312.0, stamp 4a403990,
faulting module outex.dll, version 11.0.8200.0, stamp 472f9421, debug? 0,
fault address 0x0006c300.



Can somebody please help me with that?

Does the user have SnagIt! Uninstall the software and see what happens.
SnagIt! is not compatible with newer versions of Outlook.
 
No, user doesn't have this application.
