I have a client that has that has office 2003 on 2 different PCs for different users.
One gets event ID 1000 with ntdll.dll and the other outlib.dll. Both are the same stamps etc. just different files
The one with outlib seems to occur when trying to attach a file to an e-mail
the other shortly after outlook is opened. No rhyme or reason that I can tell
The server is exchange 2000 and here is the example of the error. Both clients are windows xp pro sp1
I read the eventlog from another pc that doesn't have office 2003 on it. so the information is slightly different, but the stamps etc are the same
The description for Event ID ( 1000 ) in Source ( Microsoft Office 11 ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: outlook.exe, 11.0.5510.0, 3f1380f0, ntdll.dll, 5.1.2600.1217, 3eb1b41a, 0, 0003353b
Help.
