How do I add the contacts to the (show names from the:) from the select
names window when you're trying to send new mail.

Maybe you didn't understand me or I didn't explain myself clearly. When you
send a new mail you go to To. and a window select names will open. From there
you have to select the contacts which I can't find. I would like to know how
to add the contacts list to this list?

You don't. You add Contacts in the Contacts Folder.

Is your Contact list configured as an Outlook Addressbook?
(Right-Click-Properties...)

I understood. And I answered. You add the Contact to your Contacts Folder.
Any Contact you add there that has a valid, resolved electronic address will
appear in the address book view. But you never try to add a Contact to the
address book view directly.
