Outlook 2003 Contacts

I use my Contacts for all my customers

When I click on contacts it shows them all in alphabetical order

I have also opened additional folders names Wales & Scotland Etc

Into these 2 folders I have dragged & dropped the customers in them areas
(IE Glasgow into Scotland)

When I connect my Dell Axim 5 PDA it only copies across the customers in the
actual alphabetical CONTACTS folder not the other 2

Why does it not copy across to my PDA the other folders Scotland Wales Etc

It copies my Notes Tasks all ok

ActiveSync only syncs the default folders normally. It's been a while since
I've used it so they may have added the ability to sync other folders but
you may have to do some configuration. You might want to check in some of
the Windows Mobile newsgroups.

They haven't.

Chapura PocketMirror can sync non-default folders. http://www.chapura.com/
