What is the most efficient way to sort and query information in Outlook 2003 contacts? For instance, I would like to sort by a "retail broker" field and then further sort by a "Starbucks" field. Can you do this in the standard version of Outlook or does this require the purchase of Business Contact Manager? Furthermore, how would you print a list of your "retail broker" field that shows fields such as "Starbucks"

Why are you asking this in the Miscrosoft Access newsgroup? Ask it in a
Microsoft Outlook group.
