outlook 2003 contact notes double-spaced

Hi,

When a client types in the Notes area of a new Outlook 2003 Contact, the
text is double-spacing. I can find no formatting commands that allow me to
change this back to single-spacing. How might I accomplish this? Also, is it
possible to change the default font in the Notes area?

The font controlling that pane is specified by Tools>Options>Mail
Format>Fonts>When composing a new message. Instead of pressing Enter to
advance to the next line, try Shift-Enter.
